Do you feel like you are incarcerated by a big, bad, brutal corona-virus? Are you isolated from family, friends, food and fun? So what do you do? How do you respond?

  • Pray and remember God remains in control.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

  • Take heart, this too shall pass.

“In this world you will have trouble, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33b

  • This trouble is temporary

17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 Corinthians 4:17

  • Look for the manna in the tough time, God provides.

“He gave you manna to eat in the desert, something your fathers had never known, to humble and to test you so that in the end it might go well with you” (Deuteronomy 8:16).

  • Remember God’s Love

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 John 3:1
